Living from the heart with acceptance, compassion and grace is the focus of Linda’s life.

Linda’s experience with individuals, couples and families in a variety of mental health and educational settings over the last 20 years has fueled her passion for encouraging you to free your mind and awaken your heart.  Her understanding and trust in the importance – the magnificence – of your heart is infectious and inspirational.

Linda’s dedicated study and practice of Yoga, Qigong and Heartfulness Meditation connects her to the wisdom and deep trust that is found by searching within. She is dedicated to a life-long path of discovery and awareness.  She understands that to assist others she must live the talk and be a living example of how to live simply from the heart.

Her commitment to educate and encourage you to live simply from the heart inspired her to write her book Celebration … The Journey of Your Heart.  It offers a loving and compassionate invitation to slow down, listen and become aware of your hearts’ desire to live simply, openly and lovingly from your heart.  You are encouraged to bring the messages into a living experience.

Linda currently works as a counsellor, facilitator, speaker and author. She lives in Ontario, Canada with her family.
